We rarely experience a return but in the event your item arrives faulty please email us immediately at : firstname.lastname@example.org
We operate a 7 days return policy. Please notify of your intent to return via email immediately: email@example.com and all items must return in original packaging and unused (we check you know) ….
The exception to our returns policy is earrings, we cannot accept returns for earrings for hygiene and health and safety reasons.
