From our previous blog post, we were overwhelmed by Elle Fanning’s angelic looks, but also super proud of the style icon she has become, especially during the Cannes Film Festival. The star is known to be one of the best dressed at this prestigious event and makes each outfit one to remember. This year she has took on the role as a member of the festival’s Jury and showing her love for fashion and film.In order to celebrate her success, we think a run down of her Cannes Film Festival 2019 looks is due.
Arriving in style at the Nice airport, the star was dressed in a light blue button blouse and a cream suit, making a subtle yet striking entrance. This look was accessorised with a small red bum back with gold chain and a twin set of Louis Vuitton luggage, which she wheeled beside her. For her Jury photo call, a classy look was established. Fanning wore a chic Dior Haute Couture blouse sheer white blouse and black knee length skirt, which of course was paired with Dior J’adiore black shoes. Fanning made vintage, modern. Another suit made an appearance. This time, a Millennial pink Sandro suit. A running pink theme, suited Fanning perfectly. The suit was accompanied with a striped J. Brand blouse and even more pink accessories, including oversized Fendi sunglasses and Laurence Decadence sandals. However, Elle did enjoy a few chill days to enjoy the beautiful, sunny Cannes in another incredible outfit. The ruffled dress was by Ryan Lo and was finished with dainty pink ribbons tied around her waist and used as straps.
Not only did she steal our hearts with her day looks, little did we know, the best was still to come each night. Her Peach blossom Gucci gown may be one of our favourite Elle looks. A difference in her usual light, natural makeup, the pop of red lipstick and slicked back hair ,worked perfectly in her favour with this Gucci silk dress. With the different lengths and layers that hung ever so delicately over her arms, it transformed her into an angel walking down the carpet. Mentioned in our previous blog, her Maisonette Valentino Couture gown was breathtaking, to say the least. With the addition of her Chopard jewellery and braided flower updo , she became a flower princess for the Les Miserable premiere night. Finally with her Barbie inspired look, the actress surprised all with her hot pink gown. The dress by Vivienne Westwood was also accessorized with the Chopard jewels, to attend the Chopard’s Love Night Gala, which took place on Day 4 of the festival.
