Holiday packing is stressful enough, but for Fashion students embarking on a fashion trip to Paris, is a whole other level of extreme! Styled perfectly head to toe, we’ll give you the run down on how to prepare your outfits for one of the most beautiful cities in the world.
This week the weather was beautiful in Paris, so no bulky jackets were needed. This day pictured below, was a fully packed sightseeing day, where we visited the Louvre, Arc De Triomphe, enjoyed a picnic under the Eiffel tower and took in the view of Sacre- Coeur at night. Due to such a full day, a practical outfit was required. Isla went for a green, purple and grey tartan blazer, which was coordinated perfectly with a sage green, silk knee length skirt, which was often complimented on by Parisian women passing by! Such a breath-taking outfit only required a few dainty accessories. Gold detailing of small hoops, star choker and sentimental ring, were the perfect finishing touches to this unforgettable outfit.
Laura’s outfit on this same day was quite similar, however, instead of a patterned blazer, she chose to keep the pattern striking with her yellow floral maxi dress with the white bandeau and white buttoned blazer for a sharp, polished look. This look was accessorized with a miniature brown leather bag, double hooped gold earrings, the on trend retro sunglasses and of course, our Swarovski crystal ‘Stella’ hairpin. Doesn’t she look stunning wearing our glistening Stella under the Eiffel tower?
This summer we are loving white clothing statements. They make such a fresh, vibrant vibe to your Instagram feed. These two were certainly giving off angel vibes this week. Emma deciding to wear her cherub top and white jeans on day 3, was the perfect decision. Walking up to the Louvre, with the beautiful melody of violin and cello playing classical music in the background, was an unforgettable experience. Emma’s cherub aesthetic was spot on. For the Karl Lagerfeld walking tour, Molly wore ripped jeans and a white fitted bodice top with ruffled long sleeves. With embellishments going up the middle and straps tied in ribbons, these tiny details add to a glowing look. Accessorized with large hoop earring, beige sunglasses and a black leather bucket bag. These trouser looks may be practical for a windy day, or if you would feel more comfortable.
With Paris being such a beautiful city, make the most out of your trip by going out your comfort zone and experimenting with fashion. Every street is perfect for an Instagram picture, so jazz up your outfits and don’t miss the moment. With Paris being the city of love, we all definitely felt the love of friendship this holiday.
